Due to the effects of Covid related government regulations, after almost 10 years of performing brow magic we have to close our salon doors. We are terribly sorry! But the unique challenges posed by our current state of the world have been too much to ask of us and our brow artists.
Immediately after a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. Didn't receive it? It is possible that it ended up in your spam-box. It is also possible that you accidentally made a typing error in your e-mail address. Do you have a question about your order? Then mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Mention in your mail the name with which you ordered.
Shipping & Store Pick Up
Shipments within the Netherlands and to Belgium cost € 4,95.
Unfortunately that is not possible. We always ship orders as quickly as possible, within 2 working days.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Bring that email to our HQ anywhere between Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5pm) and you can bring your new goodies home.
Change or Cancel
Once you have placed an order, you can no longer make changes to your order. So be mindful when placing an order.
Only orders that have not yet been processed by our warehouse can be canceled. So report this as soon as possible via email@example.com. If your order has already been processed, cancellation is no longer possible and you must return the product as soon as you have it at home.
You can pay by means of iDeal, PayPal, Creditcard and Bancontact.
No worries, beauty! We will only charge your credit card when your order ships. The transaction you see is not an actual cost. It is a temporary authorization that is created when you tried to place your order. This block will be removed within 5 to 7 business days and the money will be refunded to your account. This way you can continue shopping quietly!
Track & Trace
As soon as your order is processed, you will receive your track & trace code from us. It is possible that your package has not yet left our warehouse at that time, but you can usually follow the package the same day. Do you order on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday? Then you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code on Monday or Tuesday. Received nothing? Then check your spam box. It could also be that you accidentally made a spelling mistake in your email address, so you don't receive a confirmation and tracking code.
We ship your order within 2-3 working days. As soon as your order is processed, you will receive your track & trace code from us. It is possible that your package has not yet left our warehouse at that time. But usually you can track the package the same day. Do you order on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday? Then you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code on Monday or Tuesday. We do not ship on holidays.
As soon as we have processed your order, you will receive the track and trace code from us. However, the delivery information is not available until the parcel has been scanned by the carrier. It is therefore possible that your package has already left our warehouse, but that the package cannot yet be tracked.
If you wish to cancel your purchase after receiving a product, you can return it to us at your own expense, if unused. The shipping costs you paid when you ordered the product will also not be reimbursed.
Only unopened products in their original condition and in the original packaging are eligible for reimbursement. If the packaging has been opened and it appears that the product does not meet your expectations, such as the color, the product cannot be returned. So be careful when placing orders. The condition of return is that you report this within 24 hours of receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org and that you return the product to us within 14 days of receipt to the following address:

- Order number
- Name of account holder
- (IBAN bank account
- Reason return
As a customer you are responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of the returned products. Mrs. Highbrow is not responsible for packages lost in transit to Mrs. Highbrow.
As soon as the package has been returned in good order, the purchase amount - minus the shipping costs - will be credited. The credit will take place within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment. Keep the proof of shipment - with track and trace - until the purchase amount has been credited.
Did you receive (a) product (s) that you did not order? Oops, that's annoying! In any case, leave the packaging intact and send an email with a photo of the wrong product to email@example.com, then we will solve this immediately.
An unwanted product that is nevertheless used or of which the lid or cap has been opened is considered a product that has been accepted by the customer. The opened product can no longer be returned or exchanged.
It is not possible to exchange products. Do you prefer a different product than the one you ordered? Then return the product. We will refund your purchase amount - minus the shipping costs - after which you can order the correct item yourself. Note: the shipping costs to return the product are for your own account. You will therefore not get back the first paid shipping costs.
