Change or Cancel

Once you have placed an order, you can no longer make any changes to your order. So be careful when placing an order. Have you entered the wrong address? Please report this as soon as possible via webstore@mrshighbrow.com.

Cancellation

Only orders that have not yet been processed by our warehouse can be cancelled. So please report this as soon as possible via webstore@mrshighbrow.com. If your order has already been processed, cancellation is no longer possible and you must return the product as soon as you receive it. Please note: in this case the return costs are for your own account. Also the shipping costs you paid with your order will not be refunded.
